Minutes:

1          Welcome, Apologize, Minute Taker

2          Student enrolment problems

·         Ahmed Abdulla mentioned the IELTS band score problem

·         Ahmed Tariq discussed the college demand of a specific high school score

·         Ahmed Abdulla raised the issue of adding new majors

·         Ahmed Tariq pointed out enrolling females

·         Ahmed Abdulla mentioned stipend for students each semester

·         Ahmed Tariq displayed the issue of entertainment

3          Student Enrolment solutions

·         Ahmed Abdulla suggested a reduction of the IELTS band

·         Ahmed Tariq put forward the idea of having new majors

·         Ahmed Abdulla suggested enrolling female students

·         Action item: Ahmed Tariq to make a lecture on enrolling female students

·         Action item: Ahmed Abdulla to design a questionnaire for student stipend

·         Action item: Ahmed Tariq to make advertisement on T.V

4          Recommendation – discussion points

·         Questionnaire should be shown to the management

·         Ahmed Abdulla and Ahmed Abdulla agreed with this idea

·         Meeting decided on one decision, but still waiting for confirmation until next meeting to amend recommendations
